This great looking home is designed to take advantage of a view. It is flexible and can be rotated on your lot to orient to that view. The dramatic vaulted living room with its' exciting window design is the interior highlight.
We liked the BEA House Plan very much. With a few changes to the first floor in mind, we bought the plans. The changes lowered the number of bedrooms and allowed us to have a master bathroom and a guest bath on the first floor.
We put in the foundation in 2011 but found we had more of a sloping lot than we had realized. After some more changed, we started the construction in February of 2012 and we moved in last week, July 1st!
We'll send in some pictures when the grounds look a little better. Or maybe I'll just send them anyway. Photoshop can do wonders!
