Roof Plan -
Roof framing plan showing all ridges, valleys, hip rafters, purlins, and lumber sizes of each.
Cross Section -
Building section as required showing ceiling heights, second floor construction, beams, and plate heights.
Electrical Layout -
Schematic plan of lights, outlets, switches, smoke detectors, and hose bibbs.
Cabinet Elevations -
3/8" = 1'-0" scale elevations of all cabinets.
Window and Door Schedule -
Sizes are called out on the floor plan in symbol beside each door/window.
IRC Details - In most cases, the code-related notes, details, and specifications will be compliant to the current IRC code. In cases where the IRC code information is not yet updated, contact the designer for further guidance; an update to the latest code information is often a simple matter. Structurally, parts of the design are prescriptively designed.
