French-Door Double Oven
One of our favorite new items from Viking® is the Professional French-Door Double Oven. This oven took first place in The Best of KBIS People’s Choice category, and that's no surprise as there is so much to love about it.
For starters there's the genius door design. Unlike single door ovens, these side swing doors allow you to walk right up to the oven and remove your dish instead of having to reach over the door. It might look like you'd need two hands to operate them, but you don’t. The doors are designed such that you only need one hand to open, as pulling on one handle opens both doors together. Brilliant.

Electric Cooktops
Viking® has added two electric cooktops to their line. These present you with a versatile cooking surface made of a durable glass ceramic that withstands the rigors of regular cleaning.
The cooktops come in 30” and 36” sizes, ensuring they will fit in most standard sized cutouts. Not only do these cooktops bring great style but they also deliver commercial power with QuickCook™ Surface Infrared Elements. The QuickCook™ Surface Elements feature ribbon technology that reaches full power in three seconds and provide fast cooking with nearly any cookware.
The electric cooktops also feature ten cooking zones including a 12 inch, 3,200 watt triple element that provides space and power options for almost any piece of cookware. These units deal with oversized cookware with their 'bridge' elements, which connect front and rear burners to create one large continuous cooking surface. The bridge element also heats the optional griddle.
The electric cooktop is safe, and easy to operate and maintain. The knobs are child proof with push-to-turn operation, and element lights indicate residual hot surfaces as well as currently active elements. The beveled edge also lends itself to easy cleaning and sleek styling and you will never have to worry about cleaning those hard-to-reach spaces between the knobs because they pull right off for easy clean up.
